Mr. Anderson graduated from Grinnel College (B.A. 1993), and the University of Dayton School of Law (J.D. 2002). He was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 2002, and was admitted to the Utah Bar in 2003. He is admitted to practice before all State and Federal Courts in both states, as well as the Sixth and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

His practice emphasizes commercial litigation and asbestos litigation, as well as medical malpractice defense and criminal defense.

Mr. Anderson is a member of the Utah State Bar and the Salt Lake County Bar Association. While in law school he worked for two years with the Hamilton County, Ohio Public Defenders Office as a practicing intern from 2001-2002.
