WILLIAMS & HUNT was formed with the intent of being a small, efficient, service-oriented firm specializing in civil litigation and related substantive areas including health, medical malpractice, local government, contract and real property law. It is our goal to provide quality legal advice and litigation skills at a reasonable cost. Our approach is to evaluate cases or legal problems quickly, identify with our clients' potential solutions and goals, and then create a plan to most quickly and efficiently reach the desired result. In the litigation setting, this means early evaluation of the liability and damage aspects of the case, the potential for settlement either informally or through mediation and if litigation is required, creation of a discovery plan and litigation strategy that is effective and cost-efficient.

Because of our size, we can deliver personalized service to our clients. Because of the experience of our members, we have the depth to handle a large variety of legal matters. The lawyers in the firm have extensive trial experience. They are well known by the Bar and Bench alike as effective, experienced trial counsel.

Emphasis on efficiency was paramount in structuring the firm's physical plant and fixtures. The office operates a state-of-the-art computer network for all functions . It is linked to several computer research facilities, is fully web enabled, and consequently has access to the substantial data banks provided by those services.

The firm employs experienced paralegals, including two nurses, two medical records specialists and a competent staff of experienced personnel who contribute very substantially to the firm's ability to provide efficient legal services on a cost-effective basis.

It is the collective view of the firm that the current trend in legal services is to provide services which are client-oriented, cost-effective and efficient. With increasing client sophistication, it is our view that clients are no longer willing to bear the financial burden of training their counsel and supporting cumbersome, inefficient operations.
